Open 10K Marathon

Kochi marathon open 10K is up to a distance of 10 Kilometers, which is conducted for the citizens of the city for a campaign of the cleanliness of the city. The mini marathon, which is going to bring a considerable part of Kochi together to share an experience, is going to make it possible for many Kochiites to Run for a cause As a runner, you now have an opportunity to make each step towards the finish line count and give back to the not for- profit organizations who make it their business to help others and this city. People will be running for a cause. They can express their passion towards their city. The open 10K will conducted for both men and women.

World over marathons are revered for the emotional connect that they establish in the hearts and minds of the citizens. A marathon provides the city with a platform to come together in a celebration that cuts across social and economic barriers. It brings together the common man, the corporate czar, the politician, the socialite and the physically challenged onto one platform. It is an event that stirs the conscience of every citizen, encouraging them to reach out in aid of a cause.

Race day timings
6.50 am - Assembly on the Maharajas stadium Ground
7.00 am - Flag off for Dream Run

Facilities on the Route
The following facilities are available on the Kochi Marathon course for Dream Run participants:

Water: Bottled drinking water available at drink stations along the course. Each drink station will be clearly marked.

Toilets:Mobile toilets will be stationed along the course.

Kilometer Marks:Every kilometer

Medical Aid:Ambulance will be available on the route. Runners are advised to carry their own specific prescribed medicines. YOU MUST STOP RUNNING THE RACE IMMEDIATELY IF INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY A MEMBER OF THE OFFICIAL MEDICAL STAFF - this is in the interest of your health and safety.
